Autumn to Winter 2009/2010
A major initiative was launched to create short circular walks (4 to 6 miles) designed to let hikers experience the 102-mile trail in manageable "bite-size" chunks. By late 2010, the goal was to have 26 such walks available for download as interactive PDFs to help people explore the trail's wildlife across all seasons. This issue also features Stinchcombe Hill, a classic stop on the trail, which offers three distinct, spectacular views from its summit, accessible via an easy 2.5-mile circular route.
(the above is a summary of content in this issue of particular relevance to hikers of the Cotswold Way)
