Winchcombe via Sudeley and Belas Knap, then down and up again to Cleeve Hill.
Leaving Winchcombe through the Sudeley Estate, this stage climbs to Belas Knap, the Neolithic long barrow on the skyline. A steep descent through Breakheart Plantation near Postlip is followed by another climb to the golf clubhouse area on Cleeve Hill.
