Dowdeswell to Leckhampton through Lineover Wood, Seven Springs, and open common.
From Dowdeswell, the trail passes through Lineover Wood and climbs around Wistley Plantation before crossing farmland. It drops near Seven Springs, often cited as a Thames headwater, then rises again over Charlton Kings Common and along the escarpment to Leckhampton Hill and the Devil's Chimney rock feature.
